There r times when local stores are so expensive, I can't afford to shop local. Higginbothom's is a prime example. Items are usually 25-50% higher than Walmart or Home Depot. It's convenient when there's an item you really need right that minute, but u pay a pretty price for that convenience. Staff is usually friendly. Store is usually clean.
